Wow just great Applicatoin!!! I love Zoho One, and administrate for a lot of customers their Zoho One. I was working in the past as technician, Salesperson, Sales Director and then CEO of Service Companies. I understand this business, and I saw a lot of FSM Softwares, but the ZOHO FSM ist just perfect. I love to present it to several customers of mine. Just one question: When will the zFSM be available in German? Because a lot of the technician in Switzerland dont understand english?

@zohofsm with regard to set up, is there any ability to import territories from a csv file? What about importing field service agents from a csv file too?
Hi, CSV import is not currently supported for territories. However, CSV import for technicians is already on our roadmap and will be available in the future. Currently, You can use the CSV import feature for importing contacts, companies, and service & parts.
@@BigWales Zoho FSM is primarily for services. Products you sell can be added to Zoho CRM or Bigin. With the Zoho FSM extension, sold products can be pushed into Zoho FSM as Assets and you can handle all your post-sale installation services and maintenance.

Yes, you can add both services and parts used for the service in Zoho FSM!
