I've tried to watch this video (a few times) at the end of the day, but I just keep falling asleep toward the early part of it. It's not in the least bit boring whatsoever. I don't know what it is, but I think the topic is really enjoyable and something that is enlightening. I think that I relax, start listen to it, then drift off. But, then again, I do the same thing on Bigfoot videos, because they are relaxing, show the forest, people going out in the trees and by the streams, and they always talk so softly and quietly. THEN POOF -- I wake up a few hours later, and the red UA-cam bar is at the end and I'm no longer watch Jeff Meldrum anymore. [he he he]
You are so funny and hilarious to listen to (15:50). Every new video surprises, makes me grin, and chuckle out-loud. Because you are really so good in UA-cam (i.e, your Second Body) ... Hey, one word that always gets me is "subsequently". I have two ways to say it, and it can frequently catch me off-guard ... like SUB-sequent-lee ... or subsa-quent-lee ... Gosh damn, did it again.
I’ve had OBEs many many times. Never controlled. Never induced one. They just have happened over the last 40 years. My head has been in all different directions. Although I will admit north/south is more popular. I am usually on my left side. Sometime right. Never back. They all happen within minutes of me laying down. Not after 4-6 hours like many sources suggest. I’ve never had one later than midnight or just after. I do feel vibration. I feel a circular motion like a centrifugal force pulling me out if my body. I get sleep paralysis so the trick about the half-open mouth is a good one that I learned over time. I used to always land in darkness. Sometimes there were creatures present? Scared the bejeessus out of me. Nowadays they are more pleasant. I still cannot think lucidly in them so cannot control them. You might read Preston Dennett. He has the best description of OBEs I’ve read. I read Monroe in the 90s but couldn’t really match his experience to mine. Dennett is spot on.
I recently found your videos on the gateway experience. And funnily enough when I thought about when your next video on it would come out I opened UA-cam and like seconds prior you had uploaded this video!!!!

I would love to use the tapes, but my goodness, they're so expensive! Such a shame that spiritual advancement, usually has a great big price tag :(
It’s disappointing isn’t it. Some people find them here on youtube and listen, and there are fortunately lots of ways to encourage an OBE. So hopefully we can all still find what we’re looking for.
