It's like celebrating chozha dynasty and how they love people , country and how they wanna conquer the world
The Hindi version is equally good. Knowing the lyrics add a whole new dimension. They talk about the glories of the empire and also about the pain from the still unhealed wounds which 'she' dealt him. It's obviously inspired from the martial anthems like Malhari and Khalibali but also a step above them. Because his pain comes through even though he tries to forget himself in bloodshed and winning glories for the empire.
But....u can't realise that feels to other language inbetween TAMIL..... because tamil language only give you that feeling.....😇😇🔥🔥

This is just fake imaginary novel They used real person and real location names but the incidents in this novel are imaginary, most of the charecters in the ponniyin Selvan are not in real life like Nandhini, uttama cholan, alvarkadiyar nambi
And another thing, cholas never drink alcohol, they are pure vegetarians they worship lord shiva, They never spend time with women they never fought for women, they fight only for expand their borders and revenge of pandiyars,
In this movie they try to copy Hollywood culture like drinking after war and portray chola as a womenist,
If you want to really know about chola history you can read udayar novel and many history researchers throughout the world, explain about chola history clearly based on inscriptions. many inscriptions were found after finishing the kalki's ponniyin Selvan novel.
