Hi E & E, at the start of this video you are quite correctly walking along the right hand side of the road towards a right hand bend, you observe that you are in a dodgy situation, on the one hand this is aggravated by the overhanging foliage which should be ten feet from the edge of the highway, at the same time the highway code did always recommend that before you reach a right hand bend you should cross to the left hand side, giving oncoming vehicles much more room to see you. The fact that it is drivers who must be the most careful it is you who is most at risk of injury, the drivers on the other hand are most at risk of prosecution and more seriously being the direct cause of your injuries. The actual encounters were among the best I have seen and I have clicked on the like and subscribe buttons and look forward to seeing more of your content. When he got to the bit about workers not being happy to be filmed was difficult, perhaps you could remind him of the need for the police to be more pro-active in trying to reassure nervous citizens, he could try telling them about just how valuable amateur footage can be to them in the course of their investigations. To work out the height of the tower use Google Earth to measure your distance from the tower. Then use a protractor or clinometer to measure the angle from the ground to the top of the tower from that point. This creates a triangle where you know the angles and one of the lengths. You can then work out the height

He sought information from you in a non confrontational way and seemed genuinely interested in your motivation. There is that feeling of antagonism and resentment from officers to auditors and sadly it seems to be growing as they have to confine themselves to the law rather than their feelings. Even decent officers misinterpret that it’s about accountability not confrontation. Some auditors may be more confrontational than you but it’s rarely unprovoked. They film to get your identity through facial recognition hence some wearing masks. They put your presence on data they retain on you then use it as intent for things like ASBO so be wary.
