Most of the items you showed are generally made in marathi homes. Naturally, as I told you, potato is not only my favourite but my oxygen in the literal sense. Of course my method is much simpler: use only salt, turmeric and red chilly powder, that's it.

Mama Kane's misal is a bit spicier than Aaswad and for me, I like my misal to be spicy. Honestly, I enjoyed Martand Misal Thali very much. The food was not upto the mark....misal was fully soaken , vada pav was utter nonsense..Maybe u must try in Mama kane
Not sure what must have gone wrong that day because I have had food at Aaswad quite a few times and everytime it has been a good experience...just that the food is a little less spicy for my taste... I purchsed on 9.7.2033,six methi laddu and six besan laddu. 24 per piece it was worst full of some kind of sticky ghee.
Honestly, I don't recommend the laddoos there. I didn't feel like trying them but I strongly recommend to try the icecreams and other delicacies inside the restaurant as shown in the video.
