Bobrisky Sentenced, ’Biafra Govt’ To Support Israel With Troops + Odumeje’s ‘Powers’ |OjyOkpe

- The sentencing of popular cross dresser Idris Okuneye also known as Bob Risky, to six months in jail without the option of paying a fine for defacing the Naira reverberated across social media, eliciting controversy, especially after several videos emerged showing prominent Nigerians engaging in the same act, including the governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umar Bago, who was seen, in the viral video, throwing wads of naira notes to residents as he drove along the streets of Minna, the Niger State capital.
Since the emergence of that video, the question on the lips of many Nigerians has been: will the EFCC display the same zeal with which they arrested and prosecuted Bobrisky, so as to deter government officials and politicians from defacing the Naira? Although the governor enjoys immunity from prosecution while in office.
The arrest and sentencing of Bobrisky, the EFCC and the court has come under heavy criticism, especially given that bobrisky was a first time offender and had also pled guilty to the charge.
Some Nigerians have described the action of the anti-graft agency as abuse of power. Well the EFCC in a statement released on Sunday attempted to clear the air.
The Yoruba Nation self-determination group led by historian, Professor Banji Akintoye, and Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, over the weekend, condemned the group “OminiraYoruba” led by Modupe Onitiri Abiola, whose members and supporters allegedly invaded the Oyo State Government House.
On Saturday, April 13th, security officials arrested 16 gunmen suspected to be members of the group, for invading the state government secretariat in Agodi, Ibadan.
The gunmen, who were dressed in military camouflage, reportedly engaged security officers in a gun duel.
Sunday Igboho and Professor Akintoye, in statement said that they are not associated with the ‘Omini-rayoruba’ group because their agenda is totally different from the real Yoruba nation campaign.
A video showing the self-proclaimed President of the Yoruba Nation, Modupe Onitiri Abiola declaring their secession from Nigeria has made rounds on social media.

The pastor was in London England where he hosted a show at the Lighthouse Theatre, tickets for the event were said have sold for at least £700 pounds for a table of 6!
In the new song, which has stirred up some controversy online, Odumeje revealed his intention to unleash his powers which he claimed will solve the challenges bedevilling Nigeria.

Dr. Abatti never defended Tinubu on the certificate. He speaks to laws. I don't vote for Tinubu any APC members, and I will not support forgery, but the fact is Tinubu has never been guilty of certificate forgery.
In the deposition Atiku lawyers questioned CSU reps if the certificate presented is the same thing they issued or NOT and the answer was NO but the CSU said in their official statement released to CNN that they don't re issue certificate for students but student can get through 3rd party agent. This is where CSU makes it difficult for any forgery to be proven. In the US, third party can produce the issue of the certificate once they verify that the student ACTUALLY graduated from that school and CSU have confirmed in the deposition that TINUBU GRADUATED from thier school. Tinubu and his lawyer MAY hide under the third party agent to defend their case which Atiku have NEVER proven that the certificate was forged because to prove that it was forged then you have to prove that the certificate NEVER issued by a third-party agency. Law is not on the assumption it simply on facts and evidences.
Secondly, the constitution is very clear on the procedure of how the election court operates. Any issues or concerns that never submitted at Tribunal can NEVER be determined at SUPEREME court. Supreme are meant to address any misjudged from the lower court as per the EVIDENCE presented at the lower court.
3rdly. Forgery case is allegation. The defendant have its right to defend himself, not that because Atiku say Tinubu forged and they will sack Tinubu. Tinubu has his own right to defend himself, and that doesn't happen in election courts. It happens in criminal court.
Your problem is you guys like only people who say something good about Obi or something bad about Tinubu weather lies or propaganda.
But if anybody says truth about Tinubu, you will label that person that he has collected money or bringing in ethnic war. All the time, Dr. Abbati has been making the analysis that favor obi you don't know that Abatti is a Yoruba with Tinubu.

Mr Rufai, nation states are human constructs and not created by God. People therefore are free to leave a union if their interests are not protected. In the case of Nigeria, the people are not even the creators of the country.
