Getup time 5:30am sleeping time 11:30pm ...i am so tired bcase fast cooking but dinning time slow n late so health issues but nobody worry for that. Silent n steady going no use. What can I do?
prepone ur sleeping time dear....get things done for d nxt day n mk sure to hv ur dinner early....we hv to take cr of our health, d more we compromise things for others d more we suffer...once in a while be firm n live ur life to ur needs....i know its tough to start off all of a sudden but slow n steady always wins d race isnt it?
