Napo was right. How can Dzifa Gomeshie and MPs from Volta region object to government budget because of tidal waves in Keta? The question Napo asked was when was there flooding in Ashanti region and Ashanti MPs refused to pass a government budget?

Does Napo's statement against involving the Keta sea defence project inclusion in the budget and the people of the volta region indicates discrimination or not? Napo has exposed himself through certain comments he made and no need for anybody to tell us how and who Napo is. His statement on the dumsor he brought back directly discribes him. Minority was making noise and threatening wanted Keta to be included, so what was why only Keta because there are other places also affected including Kumasi and said if that's case they should include those places otherwise he will lead a demonstration against his own government. The problem Kuffour finished the first phase of the project, meanwhile there two loans secured 1996 and 1999 but nothing much was done until 2004.
