Hey! I can't exatcly know how you feel but I can assume. I lost my father on 04. oktober 2022 at 23:47. I'm 23 myself so I don't know how much our age cap changes what we feel but what I can tell you is to keep your head up. Embrace the pain in your heart and in your mind. It's gonna suck for many months but everything happens for a reason. Take the pain and try to transform it into energy. Hit the gym, try to learn something new or even creat a business etc. For me knowing that my father is always behind me even if he is not physicle here gives me unlimited energy. All I know and can say is that try to DO something in your friend honour. He would not want to see you depressed and sad, he want's you to succeed. Now get up and give me 10 push ups and start planing the next step on where you want to go.... I bellieve that you can make it. Doubt is removed by action. Stay hard brother!!!!!

I completely agree with everything you said about transforming your pain into positive energy. I think it's really one of the best things anyone feeling pain can do, even if it's hard
