Thanks for sharing this "circuit"... It was quite hard to find useful information on this sensor. Anyways... my sensor always returns "high" signal. Any idea what's going wrong. The LED reacts, so I would assume the sensor in not broken.
Remember if you connect the ground (-) to the blue wire it will make sound only it senses the liquid otherwise it will stay quite. And if you connect ground (-) to the black wire it will keep making noice untill it senses any liquid. So it's the opposite of the other one.
@@mozartips oh right I wrote it incorrectly.. I have it normally open so it's the yellow vs brown signal. The output is equal to the input voltage, no matter if liquid is sensed or not. Am I getting it all wrong? :D sorry to bother you with these kind of questions!
People don't like to watch long videos so I kept it short. By the way it's unusual for girls to be interested in this kind of videos specially for muslim girls.
Thanks for this video. How long would a 9V battery last in this circuit please? I want to detect the absence of water in a tank, so I'll also have to remove the LED from the sensor to maximise battery life.
Hey I tried this and it doesn't work... The original way works where it beeps with contact but not this way and I have the exact same contact sensor...
@@suwailam00 The name of the sensor almost same as the video title. You can buy it from this site www.icstation.com/contactless-liquid-level-sensor-contact-ip65-waterproof-output-detector-500ms-p-12293.html (don't worry I won't get paid if you buy from them. I see some sort of a board there ..do i need one? Will it work on a 12v car?
Selamün aleyküm. Kardeşim direk araba aküsü 12v verip baglarsak cihaz yanarmi. Role baglamamiz gereklimi araya

will it work on liquor?
Yes it should work I think, but I didn't try it though.
Sir...is any resistor or transistor required? Or can we connect as shown in circuit diagram?
Depends on the load. Normally you don't.
What type did you use? PNP or NPN? Thanks.
Curious if this will work through aluminum
Does this work on all types of liquids or only water? Ik it's a dumb question to ask but I don't even get what's going on
ua-cam.com/video/Rir4r6C_iyc/v-deo.html
Can you connect a water pump to it? So that it will run once the water level is low and will stop once it detects the water?
Yes of course you can but it depends on your water pump's power consumption. If it's too high then you might need to add mosfet.
@@mozartips It's just a 24VDC pump, will that be okay without any other parts?
PNP or NPN You use

Did you try both (normally close/normally open) ways?
@@mozartips yes.. it's always high for normally open (blue vs brown) for and always low for normally close (black vs brown)

First of all did you connect the buzzer currently? Because you just need switch the black and blue wire to make it work different. That's all.
Thanks sir. if I want to make it normally closed how do I do it? please make a diagram
Please watch the video carefully again. It's all there. Connect the ground wire to the black wire.
Can you list the equipments needed in this video?
Liquid level sensor, buzzer, wires, battery, battery holder, breadboard, glass of water, water. table. Camera, tripod.

@@NurHidayah-xf3ve Did you not watch full video? from 1:12 it's all about how connect the wires.
Can we see the full connected circuit ? from battery, arduino, sensor, and all before it turns into a function sensor alarm
There's no Arduino involved here.

@@mozartips yes exactly. I managed to get it to work with a relay system
@@donnieboy99 That's great, but mine was working fine like this without any relays.
