James's always clearly explained on what, why & how in every dishes he prepares. Makes it easy to fully understand, that encourages me to start to cook for my family. Many times, even inspiring me to adapt to work w/the ingredients that I already have in my kitchen. Love the man and his works. Thank you. All the best.
This was a wonderful episode. I found it a bit deep and soulful, not a lot of put on. I am definitely trying the burgers tonite, thanks. I am fortunate to live in proximity to authentic Mexican cuisine, it was nice to see her sharing those wonderful ingredients. If you look in the background, she has a table set up in honor of her ancestors for Dia De Los Muertos.
Regarding the last portion of the show, so many persons , particularly in the U.K. get to retirement age, and think that it is time to simply sit, and do nothing! Retirement is a time to reinvent the last chapter of ones life. Create life renewed...learn a new hobby, make new friends, travel, etc...
James didn't advertise her produce brand name however; she was selling at Caversham Farmers Market in Reading and I think her name is Anna Gooseman. Hope that helps

Did you go to the Festival in London this year?
@alexamfernandez No, unfortunately I did not. I used to attend while working in the U.K.
Ahhh hopefully there’s a good one near where you now live
Yes, my favorites are along the gulf coast and Savannah, Ga. Much different compared to England, naturally. Take Care
James wanted to laugh at the fish w/parsley portion with the guests but they weren't interested 😅😅
🤗💯💯🙋♀

Can anybody recall and advise who the Mexican lady was? I really want to try and buy some of her products?

The lady who created the "cupcakes" needs to sell them...
Who on earth was that Indian cook, that absolutely cooked, NOTHING, please don't invite that back again, well cooked, James, she did, NOTHING.
The guests are a little disappointing 🤷♂️.... Jane Seymour was a revelation
