@ Abdominal examination of the pregnant uterus to calculate the duration of pregnancy.
@ Radiological examination.
NOTE: the angle of anteflexion is 170 when the urinary bladder is full. When the urinary bladder is empty, the weight of the intestine makes pressure on the body of the uterus decreasing the anteflexion angle to 120 - 125.

Yes, it is true. Some mentioned 120 - 125. However, 120 is too acute. The long axis of the cervix is rarely in line with the long axis of the body of the uterus. Commonly, the long axis of the body of the uterus is tilted forward over the long axis of the cervix, which is called anteflexion of the uterus. It is done by the weight of the intestine, and it is usually greater than 125.
The most important one support of the uterus is the 2 cardinal ligaments and the pelvic diaphragm.
