Stills gets flooded at 23rd street & 4th Ave. My mini cruiser got flooded right on 23rd street on a non stop rainy day. What can we expect if another hurricane hits this area. The worst thing is that trying to get rid of this floods pumped to the bay, they're poisoning the bay water.
