Hi Nick. Another fantastic video from Aquaholic. A sprty open 50ft. Beautiful lines, natural light, sunpad and tender garage, full height full width master cabin. Ticks every box. Classic Princess. Great video thanks 😊
Lovely looking boat green for a long weekend with friends good food good music and. About 5 good bottles of rum.
Great job job Nick 👍🏻
With 5 good bottles of rum, you need only a 21ft-er on shore, mate!
@@thegeniusfool The Rum would just be for me my friends can pick their own drinks 🍹
Yep. Galley down and saloon. My favorite layout
Cool boat! Nice to have that huge opening roof to enjoy nice weather when you get it! Great video Nick! Thanks for the tour!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks nick, great vid. Stunning boat, no one makes boats like princess
Love Princess boats..the attention they put into detail is superb.. beautiful interior. Another great video Nick as always! 🛥️🛥️🚤🚤
Many thanks!
Nick's videos have really brightened up lockdown for me, like seriously can't thank him enough for giving us such an enjoyable distraction from tough times. Not that I'll ever be able to afford one of these, but how nice it is to dream...!
You’re really spoiling us this weekend Nick, three Aquaholic vids, love it. I must admit that v50 is very nice, it’s very deceiving there’s loads of room & it’s furnished to a very high standard, but my heart still loves the F45 you reviewed last year, I wonder if Princess would stick a hard top on one for me !, that is my dream boat!.
I love the big saloon area, as this is where you'll spend a lot of time as well. Lovely boat, of course it is! It's a Princess!
Nick has done so much for Princess' brand recognition. There are hundreds of thousands of people who now know, because of aquaholic, that Princess are the pinnacle of quality and luxury. The proverbial Rolls Royce of boats. Methinks it's high time they gave him one. Come on Princess... Smugglers blues 3 would be the greatest advertising you'll ever get. Who's with me?
I'm with you! 😄
New V40 I reckon, weekend reviews and long term reviews all from the boat tour master, well worth it for Princess I would think.👍😁🇬🇧
I'd quite agree but since it would be advertising it would count as a taxable gift... so still quite a heavy price tag!
Yahoo, super yacht Sunday is back!
Yeah I know but it's a Princess so a super yacht 😁.
Thanks Nick, it doesn't get better than this and how sculptured did that F50 look from that angle like it was made from marble 👍😁.
Nick, thanks for a great way to start my Sunday mornings! Coffee and Aquaholic is a perfect combination.
Enjoy!
Thanks Nick. Just what l needed on a wet and windy Sunday afternoon in good old Blighty 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Another beautiful Princess but the fair weather version for the player and 5 of his or hers best friends. Plenty of power to get back to the marina should weather get bad. Thanks Nick
A read of the Sunday papers, a roast dinner and an aquaholic video. Now that’s what I call a perfect Sunday. Thanks Nick
I love the look of the owners cabin on this boat. Clean and modern and perfect.
that is so nicely balanced in looks...not too tall for a 50 footer....excellent fit out typical of Princess
Perfection in design! What a beautiful boat.
Have to say, this open version has the glamour over the deck saloon version. I Like it!
What a stunning Princess. Great interior. So much. No compromise. Love it.
Princess yacht always looks cool. I'm looking forward to your Riviera walkthrough someday! :):)
A couple or small family could live onboard quite happily that boat for fair amounts of time.
What a lovely boat the fit and finish is so classy, Princess are really good when it come to finite finishes. Love the open feel a lot of boat for a lot of money, cheers Nick great Review 👍
Beauty boat this! Good job Nick!
Beautiful finish indeed
Just once I want someone to jump out of a wardrobe cabinet and scare you! Thanks for the tour. Gorgeous boat!
Thanks for watching!
If I was buying a boat (yeah I wish), I think I'd definitely go for a Princess, it takes a lot of the risk out of things as you KNOW the design and quality will be top notch!
Thanks again for keeping the reviews coming. If I had the money, I'd probably go for the Sunseeker Manhattan 55, three cabins and a flybridge for a similar price.
I'm definitely more of a fan of the deck saloon V50 you showed with the light wood instead of walnut! Either way tho, the quality of these Princess yachts shows through in these videos!
The 50’ boats are such a nice sized boat for weekender/live aboard usage. I like the open versions of these boats, kind of similar to Amanda’s boat from Luso Yachting(thanks btw for recommending her channel a while back). I very much like this style/size of boat. Roomy, yet small enough to self crew and get into the majority of marinas. As usual Nick, a very nice way to start my Sunday. Thank you so much
Not at all my style of boat, but I see Aquaholic? I click, I see Princess I click even quicker. Why? Because you know it’s going to be an excellent tour. Princess boats are always beautiful, and Nick always gives a great tour! Thank you Sir!
You're very welcome! 🙂
Love Princess. Got to be the best boats out there for quality along with Sunseeker.
Well...I mean, it´s a Princess and it´s brand new. But as Nick answered the question in the livestream "what kind of yacht would you buy for 1 million?", this one for 1,8 wouldn´t be my first choice. A Princess, yes, but a used one in good shape.
You really have to have some extra money, to afford it. I´m happy for everyone, who has.
Thanks as always for the tour...
What a great little boat! Perfect for a couple with a kid or occasional guests. However, the open concept might be slightly better suited for somewhat warmer and less damp climes, I would think...
Proper party boat, this! 🎉🥂 I imagine she would be a lot of fun on the water as she would be stern-to at a marina with her BBQ on! Thanks for the tour, Nick!
Thanks for watching! 🙂
"Party"? The word does ring familiar, although only shady memories exist of manifests of such.
@@thegeniusfool Quite!!
@@thegeniusfool For certain locales where travel bubbles are allowed, that concept is still quite a possibility! (sans the marina option, of course)
Love princesses and I can see the X95 stock 1 in front of it! Love them both thanks Nick!!
ahhh, that's better! All is forgiven Nick 😜. Princess V50, what a beautiful boat. I would personally go for the closed version, as would moor in the UK but still a beautiful thing to sit and admire on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Nick.
Love the styling, wonderful yacht.
I have seen this video before. But then again, it's covid season and I don't care. Thanks for another 15 minutes of relaxing review.
Not this one, maybe the V50 Deck Saloon version. Anyway, glad you enjoyed it!
This looks great but Can’t wait for you to do the new Galeon 510 sky deck with the rotating cockpit bench
I'm not crazy for the open concept. But I wouldn't mind spending a few days partying on this one. Thank you Nick.
Hello Nick. I think one of the positive situations to come out of this rough time is that you can present more of these smaller yachts displaying luxuries usually of larger vessels
Could sense your excitement for this one Nick, absolutely gorgeous, Princess class for sure! Owners cabin an absolute beauty for this size boat... love it! If someone could give us the million quid, I’ll go halves with you on the rest!!! 😂👋🏻
As a new subscriber I get to say "if not first, then at least early" in the comments. But I've been going through some, well MANY, of the older videos and the more I watch the more and more I need to get onto the water.
Welcome aboard! 🙂
The idea of owning a boat and spending time on it is better than actually owning one. Atleast for most
@@tnikoli40 perhaps for most, I don't fancy the maintenance fees but I'd definitely putter around up the west coast of Scotland here. I love hillwalking and it would get me into a lot of remote locations in a way that's much more relaxing than VERY long and tiring car journeys.
Ahhhh.... I smell blood in the water...! Welcome aboard mate. I said the same thing a year ago. Now - you must watch every single Aquaholic vid there is. And you will. Mr. B is the 'heroine of the sea'...! Go ahead... Just try not to watch one more... I dare ya. I Double-dog dare ya...!
Absolutely love this boat.
Love the finishes and style. Great walkthrough again. Thanks Nick.
My pleasure!
Princess make some lovely boats. I think that a jump cut at 11:20 might have been welcomed though!
When you went to the 1st heads i thought you were gonna turn on the faucet. 😂 good vid nick. Perfect day ender.
Love these types/style of boats, even she who must be obeyed would love this with all the sunbathing areas. Great tour as always, thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it
Great presentation! That thing is a "mini-mansion" on the water and great for warm climates! I wonder if it will fit into my superyaught? Help me here Nick!!! Lol.
Well done as always. Need the enclosed version for the chilly Pacific Northwest.....Well, and a better job!
Once again a wonderful yacht tour. Thanks so much Nick!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hugely enjoyable tour, and what a lovely boat. I'd probably prefer the deck saloon, and indeed you could get a decent used Fleming and head over the horizon for that kind of money, but for coastal warm weather boating this would be hard to beat. It also shows what can be done with modern decor - American boat and RV builders take note.
I know I shouldn't be, though I'm always amazed at just how well Princess engineers the total space inside the hull to maximize cabins, amenities, and engine room.
Hello, Maggie...looking lovely today 😁
Gorgeous! Absolutely gorgeous. There's no other word for it. Personally I prefer the closed saloon one, but I would not complain if I got this one. The price is steep, but frankly justified. The craftsmanship is outstanding! I'm a simple man: I see Princess, I like it! 😂 Cheers, Nick. Thanks for another amazing content.
Thanks for watching!
Princess do make an amazing boat!
Perfect boat. If I won the lottery I’d definitely look into buying one and spending a few weeks cruising round the med as one of my first holidays 😇
Cool looking boat princess is always really good at making those yachts
I would be torn if had had the choice between the 2. I do like the Princess brand though so would be chuffed with either. Love that you are a completionist and show us both. Thanks @Nick
Really nice craft from Princess but not for the price for me thanks for the tour Nick 👍🇨🇦
A Few Thoughts:
First of all... Princess makes one sexy-ass vessel...!
At first, I thought it was too airy and open up top... And then we go down below, and I realize... If you seek shelter - the Saloon is so warm and comfy, but if you want to be 'outside', albeit enjoying all the comforts of a balmy Florida day, the bridge is absolute perfection...! The cleanliness of the retractable roof is "classic Princess" as Nick would put it. Princess ain't gonna let no roof sag...!
The Flybridge... What incredibly sexy lines and finishes. This is a perfect example of why high-gloss finishes don't necessarily define 'quality' Nick. I stand by that...
I would one day love to see a boat pivoting about its axis utilizing the IPS drive...
What...?!? No 'Mee-Lay' cooking...??? How pedestrian. But I love quality hardware... A wash. It's "back splash" mate.
On these incredibly luxurious vessels, can they not come up with something better than venitian friggin' blinds...?!? Yuck.
'Toodles' @ 6:42...
Gorgeous shower stall in the en suite...! (This is a FIFTY FRIGGIN' FOOT BOAT!)
Okay... The Master is just ridiculously beautiful. Is this a fifty footer, or a fifty METRE boat?
Clearly... Smuggler's Blues III material...!
Volvo powers so very many of these craft... Clearly a desirable and dependable engine. First engines I've ever seen lift points clearly attached. F'n brilliant...!
Another awesome tour Nick... Thank you sir. Onward to a MILLION subscribers...!
Hi nick fascinating to see how the price starts to Sky rocket when the size increases . When I look at your delightful boat and compare the cost , I think you have pound for pound done exceeding well . And as you always say if you’re floating your boating . But still enjoy theses videos and marvel at what these manufacturers achieve with their expertise . 😄👍
Now that is a really cool boat!! 😎
Lovely yacht Nick. Princess make some truly beautiful yachts! Great tour 😊
Really nice boat! thank you Nick!
My pleasure!
Doesn’t grab me. I love the f45- I hope the new 2021 version does not disappoint.
Aah yes Sunday morning exercising with Nick’s vids during pandemic lockdown ! I would have liked to see inside of the garage as to how big or if it could take a small rib. As always Nick nice review of Princess even though this model would not be my taste but good to see the differences.
Coming soon, yacht tour with the garage open!
Deck is amazing Nick Sir... Just killer technology to access and easy to navigate about your position... Waiting for X95 too Nick Sir... Looking young so young Nick Sir..

@@ashtonsyphas9743 Thank you for sharing....
Beautiful boat, but think still prefer the closed aft section. Still stunning
Don’t be closed off - let it all hang out...
I know the deck saloon is the sensible option but I just love the open boats, oh well, since when have boats been sensible... :)
This one I like very much, bit pricey or is it just me....
Lovely boat, great finish, nice rooms, heavy on the budget though.
Love you Aquaholic!!! From Aussie😉
Not a bad bit of kit, pretty cool being so open, but I love the closed in design, most of the rear decks of a 50ft+ are big enough to party on.
Cheers Nick!
Just love the tours. Give Maggie our love! 😂
Great boat, downstairs is a great set up and looks the part plenty of room 👍
We will know this is Nick’s next boat. Let’s all help him grow his channel, so that he can buy it!
Thanks Nick it is a lovely boat😉
The Ithaka forward docked??? Yes, we need a tour of that please.
The X95 is on Aquaholic if you haven't seen it 👍
@@cookiemonster2299 No I have not, and I will go look for it. Thank you.
I know from past experience watching his videos very light on technical information hes not a detail man but thats life.
Very nice indeed. I really like the layout and lower galley area
I think that price is right..lot of boat for the money considering the size of the cabins and very spacious heads.
And of course the princess name
Beautiful vessel. Given it’s a pod drive it appeared the window next to the helm could retract allowing the captain to pull up to an starboard dock, set the pods to push the vessel to starboard and against the dock allowing the captain and or a mate to jump onto the dock secure the lines and be able to reach thru the window to disengage the drives without having to hustle back inside to accomplish the same. Is that the case?
If you let go of the joystick it defaults to the centre and all drive stops
@@AQUAHOLIC Thanks for the info. Now I know how the pod control system works.
Excellent video Nick, regarding the boat, in the metiderenian area the salon is a waste of space, from the heat you wouldn't be able to seat there
It's air conditioned
@@AQUAHOLIC have you ever experience the Mediterranean weather during June to August, aircon will do nothing unless you isolate your self in that salon, you will only use the cockpit area and the front of the boat, is just my opinion
@@timtam6442 i totally agre, imagine the heat in the salon under, to have the aircon it means you have to close the door to the cockpit for example at midday if you choose to sit there, you call that boating?
Beautiful boat, as if to be expected from Princess. Even with the name recognition, I don't think I'd be willing to spend that much for a 50 footer, not without a few changes anyway. Personally, I'd be willing to give up some of the garage space for a little bit more room in the engine compartment, especially since it looked like there were slots for chocks in the swim platform.
thought we'd missed the passarell and a chance to say stern to berth in the med. BUT NO BOOOOOM towards the end its sneaked in :)
Nick, I am always amazed at the innovation being done by boat builders these days. On of my pet peeves and maybe something you can mention to the boat builders is the design of the windshield wipers. Having a boat is all about enjoying the surroundings. In almost every boat, the view out the front windscreen is marred by the wipers. Can someone not design a wiper system where the wipers and arms are completely hidden when at rest?
They're pantograph wipers, very effective but don't fold down level with the base of the screen like car wipers. Oddly, you don't notice them at all when you're driving the boat.
Like that door at 11:09 so much that I'll have a few kids just to make use of it
Great video as always. May I ask to see one of your tours of the CETERA 60 when time allowed, it looks an interesting boat.
Thanks Nick, keep up the great work.
you know its going to Quality when its a Princess not much use for our climate but be great boat for the Med,
Always like a Princess but that's a very large tag for an open vessel.
My thoughts exactly
Well, you know...if you want to take a Princess out on the water, it's going to cost ya. LOL
I don’t understand pricing. Probably has to do with quality but he has shown same length boats with a big fly bridge, beautiful Italian styling, three (four) big cabins and $500k less.... 🤷♂️🤔
Right I was just coming to make the same comment. Princess makes a lovely product but this seems wildly, wildly overpriced -- almost 2 million dollars for a 50' sport cruiser. Sunseeker's Predator range looks affordable by that measure.
Princess and Sunseekers never dissepoint in my oppinion as they are simpol elegant as well as their layouts ect are well tought over without lack of funcionalety yet no loss of luxuary and comfort
very nice like as already mentioned prefer the closed aft section version
This is definitely on my lottery winning wish list. Yours too by the sounds of things! Having grown up with sailing boats, having an open cockpit and then going down below to the saloon seems to be the 'proper' layout for a boat to me. There does seem to be a massive price jump over the V40 you toured at the Southampton Boat Show but maybe it's not a like for like comparison?
Pretty awesome yacht 😁
If I’m right you filmed this around the same time as the Princess F50, which is same manufacture, same level of quality, more boat for the same foot print, sleeps more people. But, and this is what I’m puzzled by, is £940,000, nearly half the price! Well if that lottery win ever happens, I know which one I’ll be going for.
Princess does a great job, but nick does a better job! Lol nicely done, as always!
Amazing boat looks really good your videos are well good
Thank you very much!
Epic as always Nick! 😀
Thank you! 🙂
Hi Nick, I really appreciate your video, they help me to carry on dreaming during this difficult time. I have a request that I don't know if you can help me with or not. If I was to buy a boat at some point in the future I would want to keep it somewnere in the Med. Do you think you could do something on possible marinas and costs in the Med. Maybe that would involve interviewing someone who has that kind of knowledge? It might be an idea to base the costs on a boat that a couple could spend time on , say around a 70 to 80 footer. All the best. Stephen F.
Can only watch and dream because even a 20 year old V40 are around the $500,000 to 600,000 here in Aus
