Freshly baked Buns for breakfast 🧈 🧀 🍅 it's always tasty and aromatic!
Water - 550 ml.
Flour - 1 kg.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Dry yeast - 2 tsp.
Vegetable or
olive oil - 5 tbsp
Divide into equal balls.
I got 11, about 150 grams each.
Form bars as in the video, cover with a kitchen towel, and let stand for 15 - 20 minutes.
Brush with milk + yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 - 220 degrees, bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Depends on your oven.
