Of course Arch will be the starter at the END of the season. Quinn will be entering the NFL draft.
Only way Arch starts is if Quinn gets hurt or has a epic meltdown by which point all the of the season's goals will be lost.
Arch will have a series in the 1st half of every non-conference gm.

He clarified his statement that when Ewers graduates, Manning will be the starter at the end of the year as Ewers heads to the NFL.
What dude with a brain gives one second of thought to Pete Finebaum's opinion on anything and yes I know his name is Paul. Harbaugh called him Pete to indicate that Finebaum was irrelevant which he is.
This dude is kind of a Alabama homer. He is always on his knees for Saban, but his tone towards Texas changed when they beat them in Tuscaloosa.
