- Life happens, ideas and beliefs get taken into our conscious and subconscious minds... And so it is helpful to do a regular tidy up of the mind as it then reflects our reality and things we bring in. It happens a lot faster than we anticipate. I have observed this again and again and I swear by regular 'clean-ups' if you want to live a lighter, happier and more abundant life.

I just want to say, the intensity of negativity is so strong that I have no choice but to take full control of my mind and step into the power and abundant energy of abundance. I choose to say over and over that I am in the flow of abundance and prosperity. I will have to keep doing this and catch myself over again when I slip. Because right now....the fight to resist is there.

I haven't ever commented on one of your meditations although I have been using them for my daily practice for a couple of years now. There's always one that seems to fit where I am at any given time.
