That’s why as not work might be a wrong system like a power cord as you’re used…
That system might be involved through an elecric system …conected through serial way….so electricity make avilable transmited signals ..an ultrasonic signals as create fear or panic on mice and bugs…

leave it plugged in for a bit to warm up. then check it. and how can it go through plastic. even opening the lid. try another form of testing please

I don't think that's how it works. I think it is supposed to work plugged directly into the wall. I've used these for mice on 2 separate occasions and they did work with mice but they were plugged directly into the wall and any time I unplugged it the mice WOULD COME BACK lol I can't say anything for bugs and I don't kno what brand the ones I had were

Exactly. Read the instructions! It clearly says that it uses the wiring throughout your house to repel pest. I’ve seen so many videos doing this very thing and I’m like duh that’s why it’s not working

WARM UP?!!! I'm sure there's not a WARM UP period for sound. Since when did sound have to warm up to work? If it's gonna work, I'm sure those bugs would try to get away. This isn't the first video I've seen showing these things not working.

Idk how it works with bugs and I don't kno exactly what brand I had but I've used them twice and they did work with mice BUT I think it has to be plugged into the wall directly. I don't think it needs to "warm up" lol but it may take some time to really bother or irritate them but that part I'm just guessing
