I understand why karev didnt kiss izzy. When he was a teenager that blonde girl talked shit about his mom and it hurt him, he was afraid of getting close to her and afraid of getting hurt. But you could tell he really wanted to kiss her but he was worried he'd mess it up or she would end up hurting him.

Addek wasn't bad (because it was barely a thing, Derek ignored Addison 98% of the time, and ALWAYS had most of his scenes with Meredith) the WORST thing about S2 is Denny & izzie they were complete bullshit
The first 4 seasons where Izzie, George, and Meredith all had a great friendship while they were living together were the best seasons imo
