Pork Clay Pot Rice - Italian Sausage & Pancetta Rice, Pork Tomahawk, Pickled Mushrooms!

Today, I made a pork clay pot rice dish, featuring pork tomahawk, Italian sausage and pancetta! I've been trying to put together Western style ingredients combined with eastern style of clay pot rice cooking lately, and this one came as a surprise.
Aromatic, well balanced sausage& pancetta rice and the pork tomahawk was so delicious together :)
