Glad to see you guys enjoying Dubai again
Nice to see you both back in Dubai. Enjoy.
This vlog was so good! So jealous right now!
It's great to see both of you in Dubai. The weather was pleasant until April unlike before, but now it's becoming hotter. I appreciate you showing us the fabulous apartments. From what I observed, apartment prices in Dubai are higher compared to Abu Dhabi's with similar conditions. Although Dubai has many events and is a wonderful place, I prefer living in Abu Dhabi where it is peaceful and calm.😄
What a wonderful place, great vid folks 🇬🇧
Nice video. Good your back in Dubai
Dubai creek harbour is a great location. It ll become the new downtown. It's growing fast . Good place to buy now in 5 to 10 years it ll be very expensive
I stayed at that Hyatt hotel but the marina back in October. The hotel itself is nice but the location is not ideal without getting cabs everywhere.
I love creek harbor it's just a bit far away from most things in Dubai. Damac lagoons is great, i bought a villa there on the first release
Creek harbour is far but damac lagoons is not far?
@@jmc2573 was investment property I bought and Damac is resort like living 25 min from marina, creek are apartments still 25-30 min away
@@CryptoJackkMay I know do you Remember how much price is for 3BR villa in Damac lagoons during 1st release? Thanks
Any chance you’ll be able to show us luxury apartments/ condos in Abu Dhabi?
Merci pour ces belles scènes, mais on en veut plus sur Dubaï, tous mes amis vous regardent
Fan of your vlogs! Exciting to see Creek, we will be in Dubai from tomorrow to investigate investments so this helps! Looking for buy projects up to 3.5k euros
Hi, if you are interested, I can help you in buying real estate in Dubai with a discount and flexible payment plans.
Hi I am a property consultant in dubai u can reach me for investments in Dubai properties
What areas did you explore while you were there?
Beautiful
Many ppl complaining that ohh tax free isnt worth it.
It isn’t just tax heaven.. whole buying, selling, incorporating business, obtaining visas processes it’s all so smooth, electronic and without requiring thousands of documents from ur home country. Try buying properties in EU countries as a Non-EU or as non white. They’ll require 17 documents all difficult to obtain anyways.
Dubai is such a crazy place with a lot of new opportunities.
Dubai had the most deadliest air quality in the world, your risking lung cancer for no taxes.
@@dropshipincanada India is near the top, and UAE is number 11, but Dubai isn't as bad as other cities in UAE. So no Dubai isn't at all the most deadliest in the world, that would be another city begining with D - Delhi.
@@SA-cloudi wasnt trying to have a competition on what city has the worst air quality but majority of the time air quality there is recommended to be unhealthy by WHO
@@dropshipincanada Take it easy, you put "most deadly air quality in the world", and tbh I didn't think about air quality, as I'll be visiting there at some point God willing, so I went to check the WHO site. Yes it's bad, and could be a whole lot better, but not the worst.
God bless you 🎉
love the content guys but you should really look into buying a gimbal or a camera with better stabilisation. It makes me feel sick sometimes watching it
Dubai is always nice and good when it has opportunities and economy is doing well. The day it dips then you see a different face. People start selling and leave. This is what the majority of people who had stayed and lived there in the past.
2:10 figured you in wrong area. The harbour has some "new" residences. Not really NEW, kind of opened recently when you were in Dubai last year.
4:47 behind that tall building (and the smaller ones behind it) is where the Creek tower (worlds tallest structure) will be.......I THINK.
Although everything around there looks 'DESERTY' perhaps think of it as a Giant 'CITY-Level' construction site.
matt looks like Kevin Volland from AS Monaco
Why on earth do they think it is normal to not include appliances when renting out.
Last thing I’d ever want to do when arriving in a new country/city is go shopping for fridge/washing machine. Jheeze!
I’m looking to buy 2 investment rental properties in Dubai for around $600k with good ROI, what area would you recommend to find 2 Apts for this price? I’ve been to Dubai this year for a few weeks and I visited a few areas got a little familiar with the area, but mostly been looking online for properties now. I was thinking Dubai Marina, JVC is cheaper but idk how well they would rent there. Any recommendations would help. Thanks

It's all a bit mad.
Here is what I think of Dubai, there isn’t such a thing as private equity or if there is the government is behind it , so price gouging is pretty prevalent . As a result the supply of houses and apartments is very high but there is no such a thing as free economy and it’s controlled by government. When the economy is good then everything looks hunky dory but not sustainable in long run.
guys the volume of your videos is always low
Such an artificial place, if it wasn't a tax haven how many people would bother?
IMPORTANT MESSAGE , while you guys in DUBAI please make a VLOG at LAL QILA DUBAI , they make FRESH FOOD front of you NAAN , SEEKH KEBAB , ALL FRESH GRILL FOOD made front OF YOU . best tasty food , try them , I AM from UK ....MISS they TASTY FOOD , PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a VLOG there , A REQUEST , you won't REGRET i would give them 10 out of 10 for FRESH GRILL made front of you , TASTY YUM YUM !

The famous Dubai ! I Love it... but their islamic laws ...scarrresss.. me.
Which laws? Usually these are the prejudiced of the people who've never been there. In Dubai you can find and do things you can't even imagine, they are very open minded and tourism oriented, believe me 😀
They’re not too bad in Dubai but outside Dubai they’re strict
@@johnwright3426 True, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and others are strict, but Dubai is very open minded. Even in Abu Dhabi if one respects their religion and customs there is no problem. For example, I was filming with the professional equipment in the middle of Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque full of believers, which is very intimate place, and haven't got any problems. Quite opposite, guards and people were very welcoming and full of understanding.
No it’s liberal in Dubai now.
@@CinemartMotionPicture ~ I imagine the ancient type of homosexual ways arpund the city... drinking freely along some Jesús Juice, kissing my friend on the lips... being very Possesive.... over my beautiful wife. And just things like that... that some may Not understand.
Wouldn’t have thought she could dress like that in dubai.
You can dress how you want.
But when going to official places it is a must you wear casual.
Outdated view of Dubai
Dress like what? Stop making women out to be s*X objects with your warped brain! It’s hot there! Matt can dress with hardly anything on, yet summer can’t! No men will tell me what I can and can’t wear on my OWN BODY! IT angers me sooo much! 🤬 it’s just a female body! No big deal. Men can show their legs and women can’t! 😤
Let me guess you’re American?
Has summer had a boob job? 😢
Don’t forget your breathing in toxic fumes 24/7 no wonder you can barely see the skyscraper from all the pollution
