Glenn Howerton is an absolute god and it was amazing seeing him in Blackberry, went into it as a Matt Johnson fan and had no idea he'd be in it let alone as amazing as he was. Always Sunny is one of my favorite shows ever with Dennis being my second favorite behind Charlie, and Dennis Takes A Mental Health Day turned out to be one of those episodes that shocks me that the show is still as good as it as considering how long it's been going on. I meant “lip flap” (I guess I have always talked about it and never written it)😂 meaning to see someone’s mouth moving on screen that is not in sync with what is being spoken. Because I thought you had cut to yourself talking straight to camera like you do at the end of videos, because it ALMOST lined up with what you were saying, but after a couple of seconds, I realized it was just an old clip, like you just clarified. Regardless, thumbs up on this one. It shows you did a LOT of research for this one.

I can actually command my body to lower my blood pressure and heart rate.
I even tested it while hooked up to an ekg monitor, and lowered it by just over 30 points several times to the astonishment of the nursing staff.
