I called 911 for a young teenager ...he was in pain and getting worse by the minute. He was stung in the ankle. It was a big family group and they didn't know what to do The ambulance + beach patrol came.
Just yesterday on June 20, my 11 year old son just got stung by a jellyfish while we were sitting in the sand and letting the waves wash over our legs. I've never seen him react so painfully to something and I wished it would have stung me instead. 😢
