If he’s an engineer he’s stupid because he literally is in the middle of both winches and that’s super dangerous and the way they wrapped that winch on the slider and back on itself isn’t approved. A lot of things could of gone smoother with this recovery. To many chefs in the kitchen.
A snatch block…it’s a pulley that allows you to increase the power of the winch and also let us right the vehicle by allowing the force to be applied in the correct vector.

Yeah that was really lucky. The main thing is to turn the engine off and don’t turn it back on until all the oil settles back.
Every year someones flips. Couldn't get out this year but hopefully next year.

All that too heavy weight above the bed definitely didn’t help.

He swung wide trying avoid the wall on the left and his passenger front tire went up the bank on the right and he rolled left
Having a higher center of gravity is not good for off-roading. No roof or rack tents for me. I'll pitch a tent and stay on Terra firma.
