I have panic attacks and having someone who is also trying to not panic in a situation like this would trigger my mom brain and I would completely block out myself to take care of others, then I will completely break down as soon as everyone else is safe. I have lived in mom mode for years and now that my son is emotionally stable again my body says Im done, I can’t handle any stress without getting sick….it’s nice to experience someone doing mom mode for me….
