Can someone explain why he used the melodyne to get the key but made the melody in 3 scales down? i thought melodyne give u the exact key no matter what u do to the sample
That’s a good point. My knowledge of music theory is minuscule but I think that b major’s relative key is g sharp minor. Maybe this is why the notes he plays aren’t clashing with the melody is B major. So it’s kinda like he made a good accident. Then again I could be completely wrong, just a guess.
