From my Paper Strong’s concordance copyrighted in 1990, the strong’s number for Alama is H5859 for the Isaiah 7:14 passage and it is the only word in the whole group with that number. But in the online e-sword version when you click the link button says 5859, it automatically threads to the H5959 number which has the 7 other times associated. In that box that they show there is no mention of 5859 anywhere. And if you directly do a search in the software from 5859 by typing it, it does not show up. Perhaps that would qualify for a sin against them in trying to wipe out the prophecy of the coming Messiah meaning blotting out His name. That' a scary position to be in.
I believe we have more laws in play here. We have the law given by Moses that was the school master unto Christ, it is what all that are born after the fist Adam an dead in their sins will be judged by. and we have the Torah of Christ that applies to the new man born after the second adam the perfect law of liberty.
So, we have a census here in New Zealand. They did this at the time of Yeshuas birth. Would this be something we wouldn't do or would it be OK? Personally, I think it's rubbish, they know exactly how many people there are, every single thing you do here is registered.
