In India itself,they can earn in metro cities around 15-20k minimum, just work in restaurants, swiggy, ola, Uber etc, lots of option available in metro cities, better than going to dubai, can travel to home whenever required. Living Dubai just to earn around 17k Indian rupees is stupid.
Yes I agree with you it's a stupid thing but you can't get a job in metro cities because there's too much competition. and unemployment is the biggest problem in our country So whatever he is doing is worthy of it.

I remember i had visited ETA Chennai office early 2006 they offered 1500 AED to work as as site engineer. I knew the offer is penuts and tried through other job consultancy which they offered 8000 AED with accommodation/Family status etc. Years has crossed and now working with senior role with decent status of living. I request HR international please don't cheat or fool innocent people. How dare you say even for family members death the employer cant allow.? Its a lame joke and cruel attitude towards these people.

it's better to come on visit visa and search job by yourself or you can go to some genuine consultancy in gcc country, they will not charge any money and you will get a much better job then this person are providing.
If you are well educated and you have any relatives working there you can get their help for accommodation and food. In 2 month you can get a better opportunity if you are smart enough.
