A bit of a rattly bus though. Its a pity the company doesn't put on a higher quality bus like you get with the Airport 100 Edinburgh city - Airport service. Otherwise Inverkeithing makes perfect sense for a train traveler coming down from the north. On that last point, do be aware only locally running Scotrail trains stop at Inverkeithing. So if your coming from afar it would be LNER mainly, unless you had changed earlier from a longer distance Scotrail to a locally running one ( a convoluted hassle perhaps ). Can anyone say what a taxi from Inverkeithing station would be and how much faster than the bus ?
