14:17 I read that when the NHL mandated that teams had to start putting names on the back of jerseys, the infamous former owner of the Leafs, Harold Ballard, was the last holdout.
If I recall correctly, it was due to Ballards ruthless business sense/practice. He was selling programs and the way to follow which player was on the ice (unless a huge fan) was to buy a program and look up number to name and details. Another story was he turned of water fountains to boost concession sales periodically . Lol
