The "love" you might feel in the early days of dating is just infatuation. Real love is when you've been together for a long time and go through things that are hard and you look over at your partner and are very grateful for their love and support. Love takes time to grow.

Nothing bad to say I love you first! Ppl are so narowminded!
FYI ....People who don't love themselves, are unable to say it easily and if they do, it will make them uncomfortable and they may subconsciously self sabotage the relationship. They love how you make them feel not necessarily for who you are as a human. I say I love you to most people, nick name is Lovey for my future grand kids :) I start the day with an Oh How I love ya'! Oh How I love ya'! Oh how I love you today! Singing it to myself and sending that love out to the Universe 🥰
It should be a natural thing to say , you just need to be mentally ready to not be reciprocated back.
I don’t think it should be the man first to say it. I think whoever feels at first should be able to let it be known.
