Trade Le Bron and be done with it. HE is the actual problem. He needs to be taken off the ball and put on the low block where he could just post. Let one of the YOUNG point guards play the point. He is 40-years old and should be helping the younger players more. He is gobbling up all the shine from up and coming players. How can they step up if HE is always in the way building these FAILED teams?
