3tbs olive oil
8 cloves of garlic (Minced)
300gm chicken breast
8 shiitake mushrooms
1 carrot diced
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp italian herbs
1/2 tin condenced chicken soup
1/3 cup of water
300gm macaroni (cooked)
50gm mozzarella cheese
METHOD:
Heat pan with oil when the pan is hot add in the minced garlic, Fry this for awhile then add in the chicken breast when the chicken is cooked add in the shiitake mushrooms and the diced carrots.
Add salt to taste then add in the black pepper powder, italian herbs and pour the chicken soup add a little water and let it start to thicken. Finally add in the cooked macaroni and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and wait for the cheese to melt. Serve this right from the pan and ENJOY!!!
