You had me going there, Paul. The one trout you wanted to catch?
For the life of me, I thought you were going to say, the 'Zebra Trout' - (Trucha Cebra in Spanish)
Supposedly the most ancient trout on the planet and endemic to the Pyrenees of Northern Spain (also found in the Pyrenees of Southern France.
Unfortunately their genetic purity is being diluted, as they breed readily with the brown.
