Language have similar things with Javanese (not japanese) language, where 2 of common java names would translate as female genitalia in our local language. Then there's the Indonesian for ring, will translate to pen15 in japanese too, similar to the dog in the video. Then there's Indonesian for bowl, it translate to female genitalia in japanese too. The Indonesian for little kid/siblings is adik or dik, you know how that sounds. Then the casual/slang for "no" in Indonesian is "ngga" or "nggak" which is close to the n word depends on how you say it.
That's always a possibility, there are so many words that means something different in other Languages and sometimes even one country over to your left or right, it could mean something entirely else. Take the german word for the good old Turkey. In germany we call it mostly 'Pute' (We also have the word 'Truthahn' but that's actually more rarely used). Right next to germany in france, the word 'pute' literally means wh*re.......sooooo we have to be careful what we order there. But it's a good example. Sometimes that stuff just happens.
