- Many adults have fond memories of their mothers...but to Carol Njambi, when she thinks of her mother, she gets mixed feelings.
She remembers of a mother who would abandoned her when she was only months old, a mum who never held a conversation with her even in her teen years, a mum who would bring every other member of their house hold gifts but would n't carry a gift for her. Carol says that all her mother showed her was hate..till the day she died.
However, Carol has learnt to forgive her mum and she has only one prayer: that her mother may rest in eternal peace...

Sorry girl for what you went through. Kagoni alot of mothers are like this ni vile tu people dont talk. Birthing humans will never heal from 1950s heartbreak and the child is always on the receiving end especially if the child's father dumped the woman cheiii. And owe unto you if you are a very meek child the woman will take full advantage of you hadi kifo. Be courageous and stand your ground, say ukatae kwenda home au kuwatumia pesa like i did. if you do, you will see how they suddenly change and act nice coz they were pretending all along. however kuna tumadharau haiishi.

Hii story imenikumbusha about msichana alijitoa uai few months ago just bcz amerequest wazazi wake wamtoe the high school she was hapelekwe ingine.En imagine she was in a National school but sababu ya kitu kidogo tu akajitoa uai saa nahope kwenye ako kwa grave ni the high school she wanted.Anyway,kaa uko na mtoi,kindly make sure uko close to them en more so wanajua na kumpenda Mungu.

I feel I owe this girl alot with uncontrolled tears running especially friendship in childhood. She said the whole truth of her upbringing. Personally I witnessed her mother's rejection coz she had no chance to play with us. I was a partner flower girl at her mum's wedding. I call her a friend and a cousin. I thank God for the woman she has become despite all life challenges faced.

When i watch izo stories na i know how my mum treats me and my sister 😭😭weuh i started sleeping outside at night kutoka class 4 my mum and her husband wanalala hadi morning in the morning she would open the door ndio nijitatayarishe niende shule mind you my sister alienda kwa shosh since my mom used to hate her so much i have been alot sometimes i gave up niliachia shule form 1 ju my mum used to embarrass me infront of anyone bad words kuitwa malaya and so many words in 2009 nilienda job ya hao after kuacha shule i used to buy shopping napekeka home mind you tuko wawili tu but since then my mum used to tell me hutawai jisaidia kwa maisha and now i know and understand so words our parents use hukuwa kutimia am working but i do nothing with my money nalipwa leo by jioni sina pesa nakopa niko gulf but almost done with my contract kama hajawai nipigie she only talk to my sister every end month ndio nimfanyie shopping nikijua i hadi to take my son in bordering school ju she used to treat him badly and saying bad things about me to him now my son anakaa na my frind kwake since its hard for me if uko na mzazi who loves you mwenye hukupigia ajue uko aje shukuru mungu i always feel bad Monicah akisema tupende na tuheshimu wazazi only God knows vitu mimi hupitia ktu asiwai niambia nipende mzazi 😭😭😭😭😭
