Absolute terrible
@@James.0 Everton’s situation is similar to Aston Villa’s from around 2013-16. Similar with Wigan and Sunderland too who scraped relegation for a few consecutive seasons and they eventually found themselves caught in the crossfire. Also both teams haven’t been back in the Premier League since their relegations.
No chance Nottm Forest finish below 14th imo
@@strich7385 They’re having an awful window so far. Second season syndrome is highly likely for them this season. It’ll probably be a similar one to Sheffield Utd’s in 20/21. Ironically that was after they lost Dean Henderson.
@@ramwinter2622 I’d say Forest are having more of a stable transfer window tbh, probably too slow in the dean Henderson discussion I’d agree but they don’t have a lot else to do this transfer window imo

Re: Villa
-New badge on kits and training gear only.
-Shield: everything else (media, around Villa park)
As a Forest fan, I have to say... I'd bite your hands off for 12th. That would be a great season in my eyes
If Ndiaye goes we're screwed, but Bramal Lane has a different atmosphere at times so hopefully that might pull us through
blades will surprise a lot of people this season wait and see, UTB
Weird one with the badge Matt, but our old CEO purslow has just been replaced by Chris Heck. He has come in and doesn't like the new badge at all. Long story but it's not being fully rolled out, will only be on the kits this season. New badge will be designed and ready to go properly in 2025 when the north stand has been rebuilt!! Bit of an awkward situation having almost 2 badges but we will cope 😂I'd take 9th place and a good cup run this season! Though I think we may finish higher with the right signings ⚽
Nottingham Forest will finish 9th come on you reds and Matt hopefully Coventry will get promoted this season
No chance
A United fan here, we COULD get second but i really doubt it. Given the signings we’ve made or are about to make I don’t think they greatly add to the quality we already have and I don’t think Hojlund is the answer for up top. Then again I’m not a manager. Id be happy with 4th and a trophy. Too many teams are improving around us like Liverpool and Newcastle so it’ll be tough this year but I think we will just make it over the line.
Great video
Most fans are predicting Sheff Utd to go down, it doesn't come as any big surprise, when United got promoted to the Premiere League under Chris Wilder just about everyone predicted that United would go straight back down, they had a great season until the COVID-19 pandemic ruined everything.
Never write off the Blades ⚔️
The forest badge always gets me clicking!
I think Sheffield United will stay up too. Everton, Bournemouth and Luton to be relegated. Everton just seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Signing a 38 year old out of contract Ashley Young smacks of skintness 😂 I can’t wait to see him and Seamus Coleman show Trent and Reece James how to play wing back! That points deduction looming as well, it just feels inevitable they’ll move into their shiny new ground in the Championship. I’ll be going if Cardiff are still in that league (hoping for the best, preparing for the worst 🤣)
If Blades lose Ndiaye that's our survival hopes done.
I think the consensus is right: Everton will probably just survive once again. After today's preseason match in Switzerland, nothing seems to have improved yet.
Saw the video at work an hour ago, had to watch when I got back
Luton fan. Interesting that every you tube video and bookmaker have written us off before we played. We will not be going down, kept all our best players, buying well, good manager, great spirit. We'll be about 15th
Do a championship version of these predictions
Man City
Liverpool
Man Utd
Newcastle
Arsenal
Brighton
Villa
Chelsea
West Ham ⚒️
Tottenham
Burnley
N.Forrest
C. Palace
Wolves
Fulham
Brentford
Bournemouth
Luton
Everton
Sh. Utd
Really interesting to see how everything is put together.
Bit disappointed you went slightly click-bait with the video still card though (could've done like Fulham, Chelsea and Sheffield).
Nottingham Forest 10th ⚽️
we were so quiet up until a week ago and now we have two new players; Anis Slimane and Yasser Larouci who in my opinion are promising signings. As for our league position, maximum is 16th place, but minimum is 18th so I've chosen for us to stay up but its close.
ill be happy if we do stay up because its unlikely due to the ownership and it potentially being 777!
Sheff utd have one potential prem quality player in Ndiaye other than him your lot deserve relegation, can’t see them having enough in the tank to stay up
Hi Matt
Here we goooo
Dyche seems a great fit for Everton in their current position. Ignoring the jeopardy of a points deduction, I would believe that Everton should stay up comfortably and there will be far 'worse' teams (for want of a better description 😊) placed beneath them.
Nope
@@user-xy1sy2vg3j Interesting, I'm not a Toffee's supporter btw. I just can't see them making the same mistakes as a team under Dyche as he's so process driven (appreciate their board problems). That said, I'm not sure where the goals will come from though and a points deductions would be a nail in the coffin.
Blade here, our manager only has 20m to play with and Ndiaye may leave. If he does it will be a massive loss. We are on paper a weak link so I think that we may just survive, but probably only just. The odds are to be honest against us. When Hecky was caretaker manager when Wilder left he managed a point a game and that repeated would do, however that was at the end of the season when some games are not as important. Oh well if you are bottom there is only one way to move!
I know everybody always remember that we finished 12th last season but why nobody mentions the Chelsea went through a complete takeover and different owners, and change completely and it’s transitioning. Nobody even care that that had to do with how the season went. Let’s see if when Manchester United owners change how well their season will go
Good table but I don't see where the confidence is for Forest and Wolves think they'll both struggle to be honest we'll see
Yes Bournemouth definitely going down don’t even worry bout us 20th place no problem less points than derby 07/08.
Does nobody think that Wolves and Crystal Palace are going to have bad seasons?
Burnley fan here. Think Cooky had us coming bottom of the league. Hopefully we will be ok.
Luton town Survive
Benie Traore if he eventually signs the Blades will survive
Nope
I’m a bit optimistic but Burnley r getting 7th
Chelsea will be top 3 or 4. Good manager, shifting out some deadwood, sensible signings
1. City. 2. United. 3 or 4. Arsenal or Newcastle. Liverpool back in 6th. The wholesale changes needed there now is almost like when Klopp first started. With Mo Salah though they’ll still be dangerous, same as if Spurs keep hold of Kane.
Fulham gonna struggle now too, managerless soon and selling a lot
My predictions:
Champions: Arsenal
Champions League: Man City, Liverpool, Newcastle (FA cup winners)
Europa League: Man United, Tottenham, Aston Villa (As ECL winners)
ECL: Crystal Palace (As EFL Cup winners)
7: Aston Villa
8: Chelsea
9: Brighton
10: Brentford
11: West Ham
12: Crystal Palace
13: Burnley
14: Fulham
15: Bournemouth
16: Nottingham Forest
17: Wolverhampton
Relegated: Everton, Luton Town, Sheffield United
Go on cookie ⚽️🎩⚽️
Hard for Chelsea might take 2 or 3 seasons to make top 4, i say Liverpool will be back, Arsenal and Man c also top 4, Man u also.
second, love the vids
Bottom 3 Bournemouth. Everton. Luton
9th for villa think they going to shock the big 6
as a newcastle fan, villa will finish above spurs just watch
1. Man City
2. Liverpool
3. Arsenal
4. Newcastle
5. Man Utd
6. Spurs
7. Brighton
8. Chelsea
9. Villa
10. Brentford

14. Forest
15. Bournemouth
16. Fulham
17. Luton
18. Wolves (R)
19. Everton (R)
20. Sheff Utd (R)
Sheffield United will stay up. They’ll probably finish around 14th-15th. Everton, Wolves and Luton Town for me.
Liverpool 2nd 😂😂😂😂😂 6th
We just need to sign "Cheech" and Cheech and Chong will be playing for Luton next season 😂
As forest fans finishing in the middle of the table is kind of our expectations for the coming season but we will push hard as far as we can. We are also hoping your team conventry for promotion. Fingers crossed for both of us.
Everyone is predicting Manchester City to win another Premier League title. And Luton Town to stay up and Everton to once again avoid relegation just like they done last season.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say Luton Town finds a way to survive. Also, as much as I don't want to concede point on this, I concur Man City probably wins the Premier League.
Luton nailed in relegated and will give derby a run for least points
Wolves, Luton & Sheff Utd to go down
Aston Villa will be stronger this coming season. I think both Newcastle United and Aston Villa will finish in the top six
Matt, please let your sister Grace do Premier League predictions!
Chelsea are gonna have another stinker of a season. Their defending is awful. They have absouloutly NO relationships at all. I know that they now have an out and out forward, but I'm talking about 9th or 8th. As a tottenham fan, I think we would finish forth and btw Sheffield United are defo not going down.Neither are Luton.
6th and 7th don't guarantee European football. Cup winners determine
What is ment merged? You took the average? Please take the median of possible.
Merged means joined together to become one, in this case averaging his and Sophie’s predictions.
Premier league bottom 3 will be
18 AFC Bournemouth
19 Everton fc
20 Luton town
Forest 10th, i think with Brentford losing Toney can he be replaced for that period of him being out?
I think we are better than Palace who I think will have a very similar season to last season.
Id swap tottenham and Villa round especially if Kane does leave. Villa are in for both Diaby and Brennan Johnson, as a forest fan id be distraught to see jonno leave but football is a business and it makes sense but on at 50m or 40 plus add ons. Johnson is quality and he would shine at villa.
Man Utd i believe will give city a run for their money this season. I also think chelsea will finish higher, possibly even swap them round with liverpool in that top 5 but
The big one
No way Man City won't win the premier league again
I think Liverpool will run City again this season. I hope they'll will win the league
😂😂😂😂 Liverpool 7th
Nottingham Forest, as they are right now, will do better than last year -
a few good signings and they move up to - maybe - ten, tough start of the season though...
Debatable as your keepers kept you in alot of games last season and you currently don't have a decent first choice keeper
@@MattClinton91 that will be resolved by the time the games get under way,
not panic mode yet...
Everton wil be in a dog fight agein I don't know why I think Luton will stay up.

So…the top 7 will be the old “big six” plus the Saudi-fueled Newcastle with Man City Champs unless FFP catches up with them…Fascinating and I can’t wait to see what happens.
Lets smash those 399likes guys
One good season Newcastle thinks they gonna be in top 6 😂😂😂 68 years trophyless club which relegated twice in last 2 decades 🤣🤣
And who said Newcastle are gonna be top 6th not Newcastle Tottenham the shirt team in London come on the arsenal
Without Rice, I don’t see West Ham as high
Mainstream. No big surprises.
I just hope man City doesn't win the title
Villa get Brennan, Moussa Diaby and Joao Felix, top 6 for us!
What about Blackpool?
