cng ki calibration me temperature kitna set karna chahiye? Mere car me tomasetto ki obd 2 kit laga hua hai and temperature abhi 25 hai, temperature se bhi performance pe koi asar padta hai kya?
Bro CKP or timing advancer car ke Orginal ecm mein faults create krta h over the period of time ? As we bypass the original wiring of crank sensor and camshaft sensor ?

sir I have a lovato sequencial cng kit at 2015 model hyundai xdent..and about setting there are 1200 rpm, 35 sec switching delay and -10 degree temprature is it ok sir? or petrol consume more with this setting..in this time there are same time with convert with hot engine as well as cold engine means when i start in morning ,afternoon with running car there is same delay time take.........please advice.
before that delay time is 5 sec. and 900 rpm so i have change because with this setting in cold engine car was off one or twi times at the time of convert..

In my Hyundai xcent there are LOvato Sequencial cng kit and setting convert time is 5 S and 900 RPM so is it ok or nor please inform...before this my setting is 25 S and 1200 rpm.

i20 elite bs6 me lovato cng obd2 kit lagwai he...gadi kabhi kabhi ek ghante chalne bad jaha ruke vahi se start hona bandh kr deti he.....cng petrol light sub bandh ho jata he..mitar me light chalu rehti he self lagta he lekin start nai hoti 2-3 min rukne ke bad start hoti he...kabhi kabhi to slow speed me 30-40 me bhi aisa hua he chalti gadi bandh hoti he to trafic me pareshani hoti he...trafik me to raste pe 2 min ruk nahi skte na..kya problem hoga kuch solution ho to btaye..cng wale ke pase gye to setting ma changes kiya lekin problem solve nai hua...cng ke plug change nahi kye he petrol ke hi rakhe he abhi... 🙏

Hi Tom! I recommend either tomasetto or BRC. If you don't mind Indian brands then go for HR or Mijo. Please remember to install a timing advance processor. Also remember that the installation quality is more important than the brand. Unfortunately I don't have a garage. I only work on my cars and my friends cars..

Bhai reducer kharab ho gaya . Jyada gas ki ik pahchan h ideal pe AC head light off me garam engine me …600 rpm pe ik dum se accelerate krna …gadi 1 second baad rpm increase karegi matlab gas jyada h ….agar crisp acceleration h Bina delay means gas 1.5bar pressure k aas pass h .

Can we give coolant connection to reducer as company already given arrangement of the same..
You can, but not required for Indian operating temperatures. Unless your ambient air temperature drops to below 20degrees regularly, it can be avoided. However always good to have coolant flow in reducer as it will increase performance

But whether it is risky...as CNG Installer says...if it gets leaked will cost harm to engine... I accept yes if coolant gets leak it cost harm to engine...but what is the probability that coolant gets leaked while connecting to reducer ???

@@santoshmurukate7894 that's true if the diaphragm leaks water may enter the combustion chamber but in 10 years I've never heard it happening . Install a good branded Italian kit.

I have wagon r feb 2010 lovato kit was installed in 2018 by 2nd owner, resently after some mounting work carried out I noticed that petrol is more consuming as compared by earlier. Cng giving me highway average of 27 km. No problem with cng. What about petrol.

yes, you can use it. If you want imported brands, go for lovato, brc, tomasetto. If you dont mind indian, go for HR/ egreen. motozen. Kit doesnt matter as much as quality of installation. Ensure that you use the correct CKP based timing advance processor. Im from mumbai, where abouts do you stay?

Hi Samir, I suggest you install a sequential CNG kit. If you dont mind an Indian brand got for HR, Motozen, egreen, mijo. If you want an imported kit then install BRC, Tomasetto, Lovato. Please remember that the quality of installation is more important than the brand. Always insist on a timing advance processor.

@@samirmankame2813 go for either. Just ensure that the installation is done right. Id chose BRC over lovato, but that's just a personal preference as I've had a BRC kit for over 10 years and has never given me any problems.

What is the difference between Lovato EXR and Lovato C OBD 2. Is GRECO CNG kit reliable and is it non Chinese kit.
there is difference in the injectors as well as the OBD2 support in the second model. Im not aware about greco sorry.
Lovato C OBD II is an Italian CNG Kit specially designed for Turbo charger injection system cars which required very high pickup when the turbo gets ON. It has 48 PIN ECU. Also it is the most premium and costly CNG kit available in the market today. If you are using Hyundai, Honda or Tata Cars , then go for this kit.
On the other end, Lovato EXR is a 2nd best and most reliable Italian kit after C OBD II in the market . It is also known as Lovato EXR OBD too. This can also be install in any cars and its performance is very good. It comes with two type of Gas Regulators, single stage and double stage. I would recommend to go for double stage regulator for better performance.🙂

Brand doesn't matter. Install any OBD2 compliant sequential CNG kit with additional advancer. It's the installation quality and tuning that matters and not the kit.

Honestly there isn't too much difference between most brands. What matters is the calibration and installation skill. I'd suggest either Lovato or Tomasetto sfor refinement. But since your car has run 85k already please replace ignition coils, leads and plugs prior to CNG. Also do a compression test of the engine prior to installation m do remember to install a timing advance processor.
