    hi Tami.I really love this series. its very Interesting to see how people diet different ways. we always have to remember what doesn't work for someone may work for someone else. and the amount of times you upload on this channel is very commendable. subbie for life! 👏👏

    P.S. Tami, you look beautiful! You always do no matter what you're wearing. You always glow with energy and warmth. You are a beautiful human being, inside and out and nothing could ever change that!

    Wow! I always forget how late normal people stay up. My husband and I are usually in bed by 6:30 or 7pm. Granted we do get up around 3am to get our first workout of the day in before work, but still... I find it interesting how different people live life and have their unique routines all round the world.

    I love how honest these videos are : ) theres always someone telling me "eat more, eat less, don't eat that, eat this, do that..blah blah blah" ... when it comes to someone else's diet I just say do what works for you, ya know? and what you're doing obviously works for you because you look great and still get to enjoy all the awesome food!!

    Thank you for this video. I tried this powdered peanut butter and I prefer it to normal peanut butter for a quarter of the calories.

    • @TamiDunn
      @TamiDunn  Рік тому

      That's terrific! It saves SO many calories! If you are looking for a sweet treat, try adding sugar free syrup to the powdered peanut butter instead of water. It's amazing!

    I love how you basically support people to enjoy fun foods and not feel guilty about it. As long as you're willing to work, have that cookie or slice of pizza! ^^ Thank you for continuing to upload these! If you're okay with adding 50 extra calories to breakfast, using 1/2 cup of oats with a little over 1 cup of water will give soo much volume and keep you full for hours! Or for less calories, 1/3 cup oats with 1 cup water. Although you'd have to cook a bit longer, it's well worth doing!

    • @TamiDunn
      @TamiDunn  9 років тому

      +Josh You are right! I should add more oats. Thank you :)

    You should check out the app on iPhone called MyFitnessPal... Great & easy way to track what you eat and how many calories you lose (it tracks your steps, etc.) and other nutrients, and it's free. It lets you scan barcodes of products and it has a database of over 5,000,000 foods so you can just type in what you ate and it'll have the nutritional information already there for you

    • @TamiDunn
      @TamiDunn  9 років тому

      +Dylan Poe I have looked at it online but not at the app. Kevin has the app though.

    Hey Tami, i love your videos. I'm surprised Kevin is okay with eggs after seeing his reaction to the cholesterol an egg meal he reviewed had. This what I ate video seems to have more nutrition then some others which is nice to see. Whole oats at breakfast, grains and protein at lunch, and more protein at dinner. I love your channel. Keep posting.

    Your diet is so interesting to me. I love your vids. I count fat grams. Would be interesting if you counted the fat grams per day...just for comparison.. It is working for you and that is all that counts. Great job. You look fantastic. :)

    I love the What I ate Wednesday videos. What I dont like is that someone will always comment telling you how unhealthy it is. they should watch the video where you talk about what your Doctor said. You are much healthier at this weight :)

    After watching some videos I worry about you but after watching video prior realised some days you eat more plus you don't let yourself go hungry don't seem like at first I was thinking their was no way your getting full by how little you eat some days but realised you do eat when hungery. But now realised after multiple videos realise you have your cheat days to really like that your real plus your allow yourself cheat days... But I really appreciate these videos as I have gastropersis but consider gp gainer. So would like loss .. But I dont digest food well so can't eat healthy foods . So I got eat more carb foods as their a lot easier digest . So like these are convenient foods that are not to hard of foods digest. So your videos are giveing me some hope I can maybe get some weight off. Plus to their easy go to videos. I have take nausea medication daily for chronic nausea but still love eat when I can. But lot times by time prep something eat to sick eat or in to much pain from my juvenile arthritis or tired ect so like how these foods you eat are so convenient to eat. That gives me ideas to try eat but to watch my calorie some

    Nice job with the oatmeal, PB and protein packed dinner. Even the cheese, great choices. I was just worried about you just eating simple carbs, but you are doing nice now. I'm not going to drag to the end of the earth to eat fruit and veggies.

    I love that we have the same mindset about calories. People have always said I am weird for how I think about eating and calories in vs calories out. Its nice to know that I am not alone :)

      Thank you, that is very kind. It has been working for me for over 2 years and it kinda makes me cringe thinking about the way I use to eat...or how much I use to eat. I still eat what I want...just keep track of it. Some days are good and some are not so good...it all balances each other out :) Keep up your good work :)

    Have you ever measured the bread to see how accurate it is? How do you know how long you need to go on the elliptical to equal a certain number of calories? And you looked fine, don't know why you put that disclaimer in the beginning.

    • @TamiDunn
      @TamiDunn  9 років тому

      +Hayley Gold I have never measured the bread. It says it is 35 calories per slice, so I believe them. It would be okay if they missed the mark by a few calories. My elliptical tells me how many calories I have burned. I put the disclaimer at the begging because when I look at that footage, I think I look big. I don't want people viewing one of my videos for the first time thinking, "look at what she eats and how big she is". It made me feel a tiny bit better to add the disclaimer.

    There's actually an app on Iphones called My Fitness Pal that pretty much has any food you can think of. You can type the food in and it should come up by the brand and they even have some restaurants and fast food places. It lists the calories and you can adjust the servings. It subtracts what you enter from what you want your daily calories to be and it really helps me keep track. You should defiantly try it it's free!

    i need to find that 35 cal bread haha. i don't keep bread in the house because its my major weakness, like i'll eat half a loaf of bread in one sitting.. sooo...its like, no. ha.., my boyfriend has been very understanding about my bread addiction haha, but i know he'd like to bring bread back into the house, so maybe starting with the 35 calorie bread would help get me used to having bread around again. i still eat bread all the time, but i'll make a special trip to the store and just buy enough for a few sandwiches etc, but yeah that does get annoying.. anyway, yeah a lot of people think IM crazy ha

    • @RedMeanzGo
      @RedMeanzGo 9 років тому +1

      +kitty friend i have the same problem but they dont sell the 35 cal around me , have you tried sarah lee 45 calorie bread , or walmarts great value 40 calorie bread ? Also a way i found easier to be able to have bread in the house is just keep the loaf in the freezer and only take out what you will need for that day.

    • @kittyfriend9888
