When I attempt to do this the menu is in chinese and the selections don't seem to be the same order. How do I get it back to english.
The tablet was already reset to factory defaults but it asks me to enter a previous phone number or password. This was a open box item I purchased and it won't let me access the settings menu.

Tu te trompes lourdement car dans cette vidéo ( trompeuse ) la tablette n'a pas été associée à un compte Google car si y en avait eu un il n'aurait pas pu faire un hard reset ! Apparemment tu n'es pas au courant que depuis Android 6 on ne peut plus faire se genre de manipulation .Bien évidemment il y a des tutoriels pour contourner FRP Bypass mais ça change continuellement avec les mises à jour Google.
