Melt 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil with the chocolate. You can thank me later.

@@ragrag5470 candy melts and almond bark are good too and they’re way prettier and smoother. Ofc I try to cover the entire berry, all but the leaves and stems.
The real tips I needed:
1) DRY your strawberries first, or the water will mess up the chocolate.
2) Fix "curdled" or overheated chocolate by dumping in a teaspoon of vegetable oil. I can't believe that fixed it, but it did.
