    I am definitely going to try this. My balance is terrible! I cannot stand on one leg without holding on to the countertop for more than a couple of seconds! Yikes! I have done this occasionally but realize that I MUST be consistent and do it every single day!
    The other exercises also make so much sense!
    I get more advice from you than any doctor, or physiotherapist!
    You are giving such great advice, and all of the exercises are so simple, and yet are difficult when you have a balance problem, which I have.
    I am 81 years old, and yet I used to be a tap dancer, even 6 years ago, and I can’t figure out what happened!!!
    Going up and down stairs is very difficult because my legs also are very weak, so I am doing leg exercises as well.
    I also need a cane, as you advise, because I am very afraid of falling, and for balance. I will not go out without it because I seem to lose my balance SO easily.
    Your advice in this video is spot on and I realize that I am just so impatient at getting results. I need to spend more time, each day, doing these exercises because as you say, it can take several weeks or months to improve.

    Are any of the exercises written out so I can have them to refer to from time to time when my computer is not handy?

    Are walking sticks okay to help walk?
