Brand New Railroad "Quiet Zone" in Edmonds, Washington

With quiet zones becoming more and more popular in the western united states, it's no surprise that tourist attractions and populated residential areas are seeing them more and more. Here's Edmonds' fresh new "quiet zone" in action, with an odd sounding Wayside horn.

Only other spot I've heard so far where they have the K5LA type wayside horn. Other being the Hartford Line in Connecticut.
