The example u gave shows the exact same text on the in house and livestream screens. Is there a way in propresenter to have say 4 lines in house but split the livestream into two slides with 2 lines each for example so the text is larger?
if we have 2 text boxes in one slide, is it possible to send both to the audience screen but only one of them to the stage screen (i.e. two languages to the audience but one language to the stage screen)? Thanks for your video!!!
Same here. PP7 works as you see above, but we want to compare it to Presenter before we decide which one we will buy. I couldn’t do it in Presenter with the free version, but i don’t know as much as Ajay does. ;-)
I have setup my screen for the congregation with the lyrics on the whole screen and the livestream on lower thirds using Looks. I want to show an image during the homily that my pastor wants to support the sermon. How can I show the image in like a sort of picture in picture that won't take over the whole screen for the livestream, in other words, have the video showing my pastor speaking with a window next to him with the image?
AJ! I have Macbook Pro 2022 and I wanted to show screen on project and TV at the same time, but everything was laggy and stream went wrong today. How can connect this easy way in ProPresenter 7
We are running a MacBook Pro and currently we have a single HDMI out dongle that goes in to a HDMI splitter. We send one feed from the splitter to a projector in the room that projects on our congregation main screen. We send another feed to a TV screen on the back wall that the band/pastor can look at and we have the third feed going to a separate PC where we do the live stream from using OBS. We are looking to figure out how to get it so we can have for example the lower thirds you demonstrated here on the live stream PC, which is currently a separate machine from where ProPresenter is run from. Currently we just have one screen in pro presenter, outputting to one HDMI out that is going in to a HDMI splitter so everyone gets the same feed everywhere. We're just putting that square "slide" in the lower right corner on our live stream. How could we setup something like what you have in this video?
You need to have a separate output on that system which would be configured as your separate focused output. Propresenter allows you to make NDI screens (no monitor needed). I do this at my church for our countdown feed
Great stuff here! Question for you. How do I get just the lower thirds just for scripture for the live-stream and the house stays with full screen on IMac. I have the ATeM switcher through Resi. So my outputs are as following: 1-projector 2- HDTV (confidence monitor) 3- ATeM livestream.

We use easyworship (v7) and run two instances separately. One that does the lower thirds over ndi and u would bring it in to obs like u do with propresenter (although u don't have to color key it because it sends alpha). The other instance goes to our second monitor for the projector up front.
I run easy worship and have set a theme that places the lyrics at the top third of the screen ( I have also had to edit all lyrics so that they fit in that space without the lyrics being too small to read.) This means that the lyrics are at the top of the screen for on-site viewers which is a good thing. I then use NDI output from EasyWorship to send the lyrics with Alpha channel to OBS and position the lyrics layer rectangle at the BOTTOM of the OBS screen. This works really well for us.

Also, how good is propresenter 7 for live streaming. I mean I feel using the software, taking camera n audio inputs and live streaming will put a lot of load on 1 machine.
I personally do not like or would use Propresenter for live streaming. As for the output, I have an external usb to hdmi adapter that gave me access to multiple outputs.
Please i want to setup a church studio. 2 laptops for projection and 2 cameras. What are the equipments i need to purchase that will display the 4 views on a screen in the studio before selecting a view and projecting to the congregation. Thanks in advance

Hi Ajay. Been watching your videos and helped our church a lot. I have a question regarding this topic. We have the same setup right now in our church. We use Ndi to put lower thirds on our OBS livestream. We also use Atem Mini as our switcher. We also have a sanctuary physical monitor as well for the congregation to see lyrics. As of now, we just show the lyrics to them and some default backgrounds from PP7. My question is, how do i make the CAMERA FEED as the background of the lyrics for the sanctuary. So that they can see who the camera is shooting and at the same time see the lyrics. Basically, we want to show the video feed from the Livestream, but we want the lyrics bigger. And not Lower thirds.

We use OBS for our streaming software. During the children's segment, I need to project the children on the big screen for the congregation. However, not sure how to do that since we have OBS linked to the projector image for displaying the song words for the streaming , during the song segments. We are using a stream deck to switch between power point songs and live images . Any thoughts ?
This is great stuff, thank you for sharing. How can I add a footer to the main audience screen in Propresenter 7. We want to put the speakers or musicians name and title for a few seconds. We have animated ones as MP4s and static images as PNG files. We already have them set in OBS for the live stream, but we want the inhouse audience to see them also. Any ideas?
If I have a video wall in middle and 2 projectors to the left and right of stage how could I put a background with upper third lyrics on middle and live camera Feed with lower third lyrics on projectors ?

You could use the multiple rtmp plug-in for OBS and then connect computer to an output that splits to the TV's, right click on the OBS screen and set full screen projection to that output to show on the TV's

This is not a capture card but a graphics card an Nvidia rtx 3080

Yes set all outputs to the same screen or make 4 screens and set their look to the exact same output

Same here. PP7 works as you see above, but we want to compare it to Presenter before we decide which one we will buy. I couldn’t do it in Presenter with the free version, but i don’t know as much as Ajay does. ;-)

What do you use to see all those monitors? I bought usb c extender but does not connect one monitor went black while the other was blinking

In my systems I run a RTX 3080Ti and a RTX 2070. At my church I run an RX 6600

I have a problem, everytime I closed ProPresenter and opened again I have to create the displays again. What may cause this issue?
I'm not exactly sure about this. Maybe it is having a permissive issue saving your configuration settings is my best guess

Would this work not in obs but in restream because my church is going to set up a camera through ProPresenter to Restream?
It should of you route your video into propresenter and later everything in propresenter too. It may tax the system but it should be possible

Set the lyrics to your dsk and that will pay them over the video

The free version is the unregistered version that shows the watermark on the output every 30 seconds

yes that is possible. You would set the view and the screen to function separately with different content
