What dilution are you using on tbe lane cleaner? We have a couple of 5 gallon mixing containers and run 4 gallons of water to 1 gallon of cleaner. We used to use Fire but got changed to Infinity. If you think Fire burns out too quick don't try Infinity lol! I don't mind it so much because I tend to bowl better on dryer lane conditions but a lot of our high rev players hate it because they can't throw their hook monsters in our house. I don't much care for filling the tanks with the lights on, it makes it difficult for me to see. How often are you changing your tubing? If you are changing out tbe pump that much it means they are either working too hard (ie your tubing is crimped or kinked), your pressures are set wrong, or you have some electrical issues. There's probably a few other reasons too but I have not fully learned the intricacies of the machine myself because the company I work for tends to be extremely uncomfortable with their facility operators knowing too much about anything 🙄. We don't generally have too many issues with ours now that I have taken over. What's your PM schedule look like on the machine? Who is in charge of making sure the weekly, monthly, quarterly, etcetera schedule items are taken care of?
