CTV News is Canada's most-watched news organization both locally and nationally, and has a network of national, international, and local news operations.
They are willing to admit to 50%, so the real number is probably 60 or more.
maybe near 70% given the unemployment and bad job market
I'm going to faint! 😭
Nope, That number is probably around 80%
More like 90 percent
This is what an incompetent government does
Get a job, bum. Stop depending on the govt.

Canadas a bad place to live I know I was born here Canada gets worse every year
You can correct it for it is not too late 😊
I guess the other 50% must be living on credit and not paychecks
Yeah these numbers are skewed
Housing crisis due to stupid policies and incompetence regarding immigration explosion 🤬
💯🎯💯🎯
You don’t have to be stupid to vote Liberal but it sure helps The damage they’ve have done to Canada is going to take years of hard work to repair
Not literal work. BOC actually said we were't "producing" enough apparently.
we should do 50% salary deduction from Trudeau and other officials towards food banks asap 😂😂🤨🤨
This is what you voted for folks. Don't blame the politicians for doing what they TOLD you they would do. Remember our PM saying "forgive me if I don't think about monetary policy", two years ago? None of you cared then. Sounds like you care now though lol.
Canada is a sad situation
I am a Medical Doctor trained and graduated in Canada. I had to leave Canada because it was simply unsustainable for me financially... I Can't believe this figure of 50% at all. If Canadians knew how bad things there would be a massive risk of violent revolt.
The budget will destroy itself trudeau

The cost of living seems to be increasing every year, making it harder to keep up.
Indeed, it's becoming quite challenging to manage expenses.
@@AshleyKeith-vw7ws Indeed, it's becoming quite challenging to manage expenses.
@@EricaWaters-lr6zw I've actually managed to stay ahead of the curve. I'm even contemplating early retirement.
@@OliverLiam-px3vx Impressive! How did you achieve that?
@@ChloeCarter-kd7gz Our family got introduced to a financial consultant about four years before my dad retired. That was what changed things, and I think my retirement income will be on the right track, luxury cars and trips
I would love to know how someone who is disabled and unable to work is supposed to get by
They don't. That's why liberals expanded MAID coverage.
It all depends if they are truly disabled or like many just cheating the system
And the other 50% aren’t living paycheque to paycheck, they are in debt
We are doomed
just wait till land lords can mess up your credit by reporting that you were late on your rent.
Welcome to Trudeau's and Singh's Canada 😏
4% of Canadians are living in their cars as they cannot afford their rental payments now that rents are skyrocketing due to 1.4 million new immigrants/students/foreign-workers flooding into the country, all bidding up the demand for rentals.
💯🎯💯🎯
It's more like 3 million a year
No 💩🤦
Third world country.
50% is unbelievable it could be 90% 😢
No S. Obviously.
Why the smiling?
Canada has the highest household debt in the world to GDP ratio.
Wow the future of this country has never looked brighter!
Over throw the government. Kick the Trudeau family out of Canada
no thanks to Trudeau and NDP
too much taxes 😢
Every thing in Canada costs are very high low incomes gross should be $60000.
The reason(s) are simple. Stop building public rentals, disincentive building purpose built rentals by the private sector . Instead build condos, sell them and rent them out. Then print 30% more money to let those with assets lever up! what could possibly go wrong.
It's more than 50% I'm hungry
Almost half of my earnings going to tax... you try to upgrade study got for a student loan so I can live a comfortablt life. No I feel worst paying debt plus almost half my income goes to tax...
Another move to support tenant mafia to sit like parasite on hard earned house owners properties
It's been like that in Canada since forever and nothing has been done 🇨🇦😑👎🏻
You will own nothing and you will be happy.
Normalize co-operatives and labour unions. Workers make the world run, workers should run the world.🌹🍞🌎
Ya if only massive corps run everything.
You keep posting the same stupidity.
The concept of what you’re saying is absolutely ridiculous; everybody in a company is a worker.
The idea that the person pushing the broom, is more important than the person in accounting is absolutely ridiculous.
I don’t know why you’re so blind to every worker.
All workers contribute to the functions of a company. While it’s important to have unskilled labor, it is certainly not difficult to get unskilled labour. Getting skilled trades, and educated personnel is further up the food chain…
But hey, keep posting the same stupidity
As a conservative, I have no pity for you ppl. Get an education and a real job.
Stop pretending to be educated. You just sound dumb.
Many are going broke on $100K salary with no indulgences, addictions, etc. The huge mortgages are a budget killer. Easily $4,500 monthly in GTA plus property tax, utilities, insurance, maintenance.
