I just juiced in my omega red kale, carrots, celery, ginger, burdock, daikon radish, beet, Vitamineral green, lemon, and cayenne pepper powder.
Oh and I added some ACV. :)

My mom has diabetes and I share info on changing her diet, how to change it, links, videos , etc.... And she hasn't done any changes! I'm highly upset but I had to let it go and like you said, they're not going to change until they're ready. But with an illness like that, that would've been an epiphany and I would try anything to reverse it if I could with simply as a diet !! But, to each their own ....
Ok so I maintained raw for a day today. I JUST WORRY by the end of the week, will I be able to kick raw till 4 to the curb for good :S
i don know what to do i want to flush my kidneys/lymph but all the foods that help do that lower my blood pressure to the point of near panic attack.. no one seems to know how to avoid this. thanks
If your blood pressure is low, yoir adrenal system is probably not functioning properly. Eat fruits and veggies, note how they make you feel and stick to it. I have adrenal issues as well, and its gotten better over the span of months doing that
