Great brisket! I agree the Rudy’s sauces are great. They are just part of the experience for me, I’m. It a purist either way…sauce/no sauce. I’ve never bought any for home though. Once I run down some of the ones I have, I’ll get some for sure.
I don’t mind Rudy’s at times. It definitely has its place. Is that a Big Red One Tattoo? Never was able to go there but kept going to Campbell and Bragg.

It's pretty good but in my area it's not always consistent. Still a great place to get food on the go!
