This machine is definitely a good way to have those old time Slush Puppie drinks you enjoyed back in the day at home for certain. Only real problem I have with it is that the ice pieces come out way too thick (kind of like the slush drinks you get at Sonic), and are very difficult (if not virtually impossible) to sip through, unless you use the fat straws, meant for bubble tea, and stuff. Plus there also seems to be hardly ANY difference between the two slush & snow modes the product claims to offer for that matter as well.

I bought same slush machine online but different model and it says you will get slush between 10-20 min but it took 1hr first time and now never gives slush even after 3hr.

If it would produce it's own ice would be amazing... I can use a blender and achieve the same results. Your product is made of all products part and it's look like kids toy. My wife wanted a little ice machine and we are stuck with that useless machine

Hi, T B. Ghoxst. Yes, this machine has the ability to do a fine or coarse grind on the ice. If you make the ice grind finer, it should produce a slurpee-type consistency.

I got my but does it need battery because mine doesn't work

There is a compartment underneath that opens and it holds the power cord
