My hubby and I started our walking journey about 2 weeks ago we’re at 2-3 miles every morning . It’s very stimulating , and gives you so much energy . We start out about 5:30-6am when it less traffic . After our walk we do prayer and worship daily for about 1hr it’s spirit lifting . In a week or so we’re going to incorporate riding our bikes . Happy , healthy and blessed ! Keep up the good work Mr. and Mrs. K 🙏🏾❤️
